We want to thank all who are participating in the CHIA conference and wiretap class. Unfortunately, this refund policy will be strictly adhered to going forward from 2023 and will supersede all other refund policies.

All refunds are at the sole discretion of CHIA regardless of dates posted to the website. 

There are no refunds unless you have spoken to a CHIA Board of Director (BOD) of the request. The request needs approval from the President or the Treasurer prior to any refunds being considered for a refund, excluding the 5% processing fees and administrative costs..

Refunds and cancellations dates are clearly expressed throughout the website and NO refunds will be issued after such dates. All sales are final.

Requests through your credit card company will be challenged by CHIA to protect the good name of this organization and its members!

CHIA reserves the sole discretion to issue credit toward the following year's conference only. This credit may be transferred to any member in good standing within the organization, subject to CHIA's approval. The credit is valid only for the following year's conference and expires if unused, it cannot be carried forward beyond that year. The credit covers only the amount originally paid; any pricing increase for the following year's conference is the responsibility of the agency or member.

We apologize for any confusion this may cause. This policy is to help protect active members of CHIA attending the annual conference. 

ALL approved refunds incur a 5% fee to cover any processing fees and administrative costs.
